Purchase Options and Cancellation Policy

One time purchases

You can purchase any product as a one time order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges based on the option you select at checkout.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Once a subscription order has processed for the month, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.

Skips and changes

If your subscription offers skip, pause, or plan changes, you can manage those through your customer account portal. If you need help, email us and we’ll take care of you.
