Refund Policy

Our teas are consumable products, so we do not accept returns on opened items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo when applicable. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

If something feels off and you are not happy for any reason, please contact us. We genuinely care about your experience and we will always do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, shop credit, or a refund at our discretion.

Tea of the Month Subscription

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Once your monthly order has been processed or shipped, it can’t be cancelled or refunded.

We are a small batch apothecary and real people read every message.
