Shipping Policy

We ship from our small batch apothecary in the United States. Our goal is to get your order packed with care and on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). During launches or high volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Tea of the Month Subscription

Subscription orders are processed and shipped each month according to the schedule listed on the product page or at checkout. If you place a new subscription order after the monthly cutoff, it will start with the next month’s shipment.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and can vary based on location and seasonal shipping volume.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it to the corrected address. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check around your delivery area and with your local post office or carrier first. If you still cannot find it, email us and we will help you troubleshoot.

Damaged packages or issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo when applicable. We will make it right.
